Indian buffet with some excellent dishes including vegetarian.
There is parking along with a restaurant entrance in the back although parking can be difficult. The lot across the street usually has spaces available.
Well worth putting this place on your list

The food at Ginger was excellent! Each dish we had was better than the one before. They offer a wide variety of tandoori dishes. The tandoori mushrooms stuffed with paneer and the tandoori Bihari and Angari chicken were exceptional!!
Best of all the food was not overly salty or oily. The quality of meats they used was far superior to any Indian restaurant I have been to. The service was great and had a genuine hospitality about it.
Overall, this restaurant is definitely worth a try.

Some clients took me to eat at Ginger when Gola, where we were supposed to eat (right up the street) was closed to water damage. Everything I ate was delicious. I ordered aloo gobi (a spicy cauliflower dish) and was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen didn’t arbitrarily tone down the spices for this white guy. They offer a chili naan, again a pleasant bonus for this lover of spiciness. And they have that wonderful carrot pudding (the name of which always eludes me), another welcome addition to my meal. Service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive.

The food is great and this place is perfect for dates. I would even go as far as saying this beats out Aamanatran in Toms River. Where the latter can be a great intro to Indian cuisine this place is for when you’re taste buds are ready to graduate in terms of flavor and atmosphere.
